  • Circulation problems can contribute to symptoms
  • Symptoms deserve a professional evaluation
  • Supportive, non-invasive care exists, but honesty matters

What Neuropathy Is

Neuropathy refers to damage or dysfunction of the peripheral nerves, the network that carries signals between your body and your brain and spinal cord. Symptoms often appear as numbness, tingling, burning or weakness, most commonly in the hands and feet.

Common Causes

The list is long, which is exactly why self-diagnosis is a mistake. Diabetes is one of the most common causes. Injury, certain medications, nutritional deficiencies, autoimmune conditions and circulation problems are among the others, and sometimes no clear cause is ever found.

The Circulation Connection

Nerves need oxygen and nutrients delivered by blood. When circulation is compromised, nerve-related symptoms can develop or worsen. This is why Thrive's neuropathy program always considers circulation support as part of the plan.

When to Seek Evaluation

Persistent symptoms, symptoms that spread or worsen, or symptoms that affect balance or sleep all deserve professional evaluation. Early conversations with your doctor and a supportive program can make a real difference in quality of life.
